Cultivate employees' positive quality awareness, implement self-inspection, mutual inspection and dedicated inspection, strictly control key processes, and ensure that key processes such as laser system assembly are completed in a super-clean environment to guarantee zero pollution and zero damage to optical components.
Continuous improvement: Closed-loop management through verification and feedback, drive system optimization, collect statistical data from each quality control link, and use statistical process control to monitor process stability. Design stage: Forward-looking prevention
At the early stage of equipment development, we introduced the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) system approach to complete the systematic conversion from customer language to technical parameters, ensuring that the R&D team targets the real demands of customers at the equipment design stage and avoids the development deviating from the actual usage requirements.
Incoming material inspection: Source control
Full-size inspection of mechanical raw materials to ensure 100% qualification. All metal powders are put into use after passing multiple tests such as composition, particle size and fluidity by third-party testing institutions certified by CNAS/CMA.
Manufacturing process: Precise control
We adhere to the dual-driven approach of "standardized operations + quality awareness among all staff".

In the equipment assembly stage, a three-level inspection mechanism of self-inspection, mutual inspection and dedicated inspection is implemented. Key processes such as the assembly of the laser system are completed in a super-clean environment to ensure that optical components are free from pollution and damage. In terms of mechanical accuracy, the Z-axis repeat positioning accuracy of the full-stroke measurement forming chamber is strictly controlled, and the full-stroke reciprocating operation clearance of each motion axis is strictly controlled to enhance mechanical reliability. In terms of optical debugging, the optical system is ensured to meet the printing requirements through laser power measurement, beam quality analysis, scanning galvanometer accuracy measurement, and laser lap accuracy measurement.
Debugging and Delivery: Systematic verification
Each piece of equipment leaving the factory will undergo strict quality control throughout its entire life cycle, from raw materials and components to the overall performance of the machine. It needs to pass more than ten inspection items including mechanical accuracy, laser system, electrical performance, software operation and overall machine debugging. We not only deliver equipment, but also provide the "guarantee for stable production".

Before the printed workpieces are delivered, the process stability and workpiece performance are continuously verified through means such as metallographic structure analysis and mechanical property testing.
Safety certification: Authoritative and reliable
TSC has passed multiple system certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, national military standards, CE, explosion-proof, and FDA, and possesses a complete testing capability and quality traceability system. We employ world-class ultra-depth-of-field microscopes, laser power meters, three-coordinate measuring machines and other equipment to ensure the credibility and reliability of the inspection data and guarantee that the workpieces meet the performance requirements.
